Citlali works closely with our customers while also helping behind the scenes. She prepares garments for cleaning, performs touch-up work, and assists with pressing. Her attention to detail helps keep the process moving smoothly.

At the heart of our business are Jessica and Victor, a couple who work side by side to oversee the care of every garment that comes through our doors.
Their hands-on approach means they're involved not only in running the business, but also in the day-to-day work that goes into caring for your clothes. Together, they lead a team that takes pride in doing things carefully and treating every garment with the attention it deserves.

Owner & Head Seamstress
Jessica leads our alterations and sewing work, bringing years of hands-on experience and an eye for detail to every garment. From small repairs to more involved alterations, she carefully evaluates each piece and works to achieve a fit and finish that looks natural and feels right.
As one of the owners, Jessica is also involved in making sure our customers receive the personal service and quality care that our business is known for.
Victor
Owner & Garment Care Operations
Victor oversees much of the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything come together. He is closely involved with the cleaning, stain treatment, ironing, and finishing of garments, paying careful attention to the needs of each individual piece.
Because different fabrics and stains require different approaches, Victor focuses on making thoughtful decisions throughout the cleaning process.
